We are facing this issue for a couple of days in our cPanel, port 993 stops responding after a couple of hours.
When cPanel is restarted it works and later on again stops responding.

    Any solution for this ?

We had the same issue on our server. I've noticed that we have 11.18.5-R23897 version of CPanel on it. On another server of ours we have 11.18.5-S23897 WHM installed. I assumed that release version could be the source of this problem, so I've changed it to stable and run /scripts/upcp --force
    The problem disappeared after that.

Restarting cPanel fixes the problem for awhile. Maybe until the next upcp?

Anyway, I have some users complaining about this. Any news on a fix?
