    Hello,

    If you want to run on 25 and 587 without starting a second instance of Exim, and assuming you have root WHM access, add this to the first text box in the Exim Advanced Configuration Editor and restart Exim.

    daemon_smtp_ports = 25 : 587

    If you are using the mail service of your hosting provider then kindly contact your hosting provider regarding the issue. However, if you are using the mail service of your ISP then you will have to add the MX record of your ISP in your hosting provider service.

    Moreover, please make sure that you have enabled My SMTP requires authentication in your Microsoft Outlook.
