Port Opening

recently i bought my own VPS. everything is running smoothly. as we need Red5 server to be installed on the vps. according to the instratciton i found on a site i installed red5 but now problem is i can not acess red5 server from port 5080. even i've tired to installed ConfigServer Security & Firewall successfully and i added the port in firewall configuration but still the port is closed.







Any solution?
