I recently changed from a USB-based Broadband account to a LAN-based Cable account and have been unable to log into my cPanel account for both of my domains.

One of the helpers at Cyberpixels suggested I use WinSCP3, but I don't think my domains allow it access anyway.

The problem is apparently with my 2082 port, and not being allowed access to it. Does anyone have any ideas on how to access cPanel through a separate port or how to bypass the problem with the 2082 port?
