CentOS 5.2 has been released and part of the UPCP update has been a download of Perl 5.8.8-10. Is this likely to cause problems with cPanel?

I've run UPCP via SSH and currently is stuck on "perlmods", repeating the "........" over and over again. It's been doing that for ages now. According to TOP, Perl appears to be recompiling while UPCP is running. If it is recompiling, which version? cPanel or OS vendor?

EDIT: Just noticed this on another server which is running UPCP via Firefox:

Is this going to cause problems?

there's no such file on a new installation. I have just setup a new VPS, installed CentOS from the CentOS http server, and cPanel doesn't like it :(
