I would like to add to that bandwidth limit notification email how the client can upgrade to the next highest plan to avoid being suspended, is editing this notification email possible?

The source files are in /usr/local/cpanel/src/templates

Copy them to /var/cpanel/templates then edit them to your specifications.

Are any restarts of services required for this template change to take effect.

I copied and edited the bandwidth_limit folder to /var/cpanel/templates and the bandwidth messages are still not customised.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
