Possible to enable "Slow Query Log" for each domain/website?

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible for individual cpanel users to see a slow query log for only their own databases.

For example:

1. Customer logs into their cpanel.
2. Clicks into the "Statistics and Logs" section.
3. See a link called "Slow Query Log" and clicks it.
4. **Poof!** now customer can see a list of their slow queries and diagnose their scripts a little better.

Is this possible?

It is possible to configure a plugin for cPanel that you create that grabs that data. It doesn't already exist to my knowledge, though, so you'd have to create it.
