    Hello,

Is it possible to transfer from Plesk v8.3.0 control panel to WHM using the transfer utility?

We are running "WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.5-R23897".

Customer does not have root on the plesk server.

If this is possible, does anyone know what will be transferred? Customer has SSL cert, email, a few databases, etc...)

    Thanks.

Yes it is possible. Typically with such a migration we try to migrate anything that has a counterpart in the cPanel environment (e.g. SSL certificates, email, databases). In fact, we have a free transfer assistance hotline you're welcome to make use of:

    Excellent!

I'll go ahead and give the transfer a try using the WHM transfer utility and selecting "Plesk" from the server dropdown.

    Any "gotchas" you know about?

The script is constantly being improved. Offhand I don't know about any gotchas, but always feel welcome to make use of that transfer assistance hotline if anything comes up. It is by assisting customers that the developers can learn ways of how to improve these migration scripts.

However, given how many migrations have made use of that script, that particular script is likely robust at this time.
