Post Apache Log Rotation

I have an additional apache log that logs everything in addition to the splitlogs that cPanel creates. I place this log file in /etc/apache2/logs which means it shows up as a log that cPanel can rotate here:

Home »Service Configuration »Apache Configuration »Log Rotation

That's good. But when cPanel rotates the log after it reaches its size threshold, how can I control post rotate functions? I need to restart another process that is reading this custom log file, not just restart Apache.
