Hello, I just got a new server and transferred a bunch of accounts. Everyone is complaining the PostNuke will not work.

Do I have to install post nuke?

I'm sure you realize that people cannot use software that is not installed?

Not sure who setup Postnuke on the previous Server, but for each account on your new Server the program will have to be installed and setup.

At this time, Cpanel does not include an option to auto install PostNuke. It does for PHP-Nuke -- once you set it up in Addon Scripts -- not sure how well the auto install works though, so you might want to test it out yourself.
