PostGresAdmin missing in WHM - is it just me?

Quick question: Has the PostGresAdmin icon gone away from the SQL Services for everyone, or is it just me? I have PG 8.3, and the icon is there in the user's cPanel, but it's not in WHM...

If it's just me, any ideas how to fix it?
