Postgresql error pktacct/transfer tool

Since 68.0.25, this started on my servers:

This occur on backup, pkgacct and transfer tool.

result: no postgresql backup is done, this is affecting all my servers with CPANEL 68.0.25 and CloudLinux 6 and CloudLinux 7.
