postgresql issue

Hello,

I am facing on issue with the postgresql database. When i login to phppgadmin from Cpanel and access the database, then the priviledges for the database are "Unknown".

Because of this client is not able to see database contents from the shell prompt as we as from phppgadmin.

Please tell the steps for change the grant priviledges for database to the user.
