    HI
I have been working on linux Enterprise 4 most of the time.
Now, I was forced to use centos as my RH 4.0 CDs got broken :(
Anyhow, I understand centOS need to be installed as minimum as possible for WHM to get installed/operate correctly.
    What should I do?

I follow this instruction FAQ/CentOS5 - CentOS Wiki to get things installed.

However, after WHM and CPNEL process is being executed, WHM keeps complaning about missing Perl modules.
    :(
this gets to ridiculous point when I can't get things runing and things keep failing after more than 10 times of re-installation.

Can you please give me sone advise about this? What package i nned to install ? etc . . .

We have fairly comprehensive information on how to prepare your server for installation of cPanel/WHM at Quick Start Installation Guide

We also offer free installation service, which you may want to consider using given how much effort you have already put into this project: http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit
