    Hi,

I have read through several threads which note that the only way to prevent cpanel from destroying custom plugin settings in config.php is to use a seperate installation...

    In the file:
    /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/sqmail.cpanel.patch

    There is a section:
    ...
    Code:
    Only in squirrelmail/plugins: AA
    Only in squirrelmail/plugins: cpanel_auth
    If I add a line:
    Code:
    Only in squirrelmail/plugins: address_add
Will this do anything to preserve the plugin settings next time it updates?

Is there another way to config cron to reinstall my plugins?

Old thread but a good question. Is there a way to preserve the plugin portion of your squirrelmail config? I have no problem with cPanel updateing SQMail but I want to add a plugin or two for my customers. Anyone?
