    Hello,

I've an forwarder email address which forwards to an gmail account as well as keeping copy in my server.
The problem is when gmail rejects the forwarded email from my server, the "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender" mail is sent to its original sender, the customer.

Is there any way to prevent sending the failure message cause by mail forwarder to sender?

    Thanks in advance!

You may need to consult with your web hosting provider so they can determine if SRS is a feature they can enable on the server, as that may address the issue you are referring to.

    Thank you.
