    Hello ,

One of my sites has been hacked .
The hacker upload perl script to cgi-bin directory and the script can read the /etc/named.conf file and give him list of domains that hosted on the server .

Cgi-bin is disabled for all users but somehow he can run this script .

Someone knows how can i prevent that ?

I've removed the code from your post, I don't think the actual code is needed here.
