If I understand the question correctly, check here:
WHM > Tweak Settings > Domains tab for settings related to this.

    which option shud i select

Allow users to park subdomains of the server's hostname main domain.
For example, if your main domain name is example.com, this would allow a user to redirect user.example.com visitors to that user’s website.
Allow users to Park/Addon Domains on top of domains owned by other users.
Using this option, you can allow users to park domains, or create addon domains, owned by other users on your server.
Warning: Clicking this box is discouraged as it would allow users to park domains on top of domains they do not own.
Allow creation of Parked/Addon Domains that resolve to other servers.
This option allows users to park domains or create addon domains that resolve to other servers.
Warning: Clicking this box is strongly discouraged, as it could create a major security problem. If you must allow this, be sure not to let users park common Internet domains.
Allow resellers to create accounts with subdomains of the server's hostname main domain.
This option allows resellers to create subdomains of the server's main domain. For example, if your main domain name is example.com, this would allow a reseller to redirect user.example.com visitors to the reseller’s website.
Allow Creation of Parked/Addon Domains that are not registered.
Click the checkbox to let users create parked and addon domains that are not registered with a valid registrar.
Automatically create A entries for the registered nameservers.
By enabling this option, A entries are automatically created for new domains' nameservers, if they would be contained in the same zone. An A entry is the DNS record responsible for resolving hostnames to IP addresses.
Prevent users from parking/adding on common internet domains.
Enabling this option prevents users from parking on or adding common Internet domain names.
Important: Clicking this box is strongly encouraged.
Check zone file syntax when saving and syncing zones.
When this option is enabled, WHM will check zone file syntax when saving and syncing zones. This ensures that the data is written to the file correctly when saving DNS information.
    Application for processing DNS requests.
Leave the box blank to use WHM's default application for processing DNS requests (dnsadmin). If you would prefer to use a different application, enter the path to the application in the available field.
    Add proxy VirtualHost to httpd.conf
This option will automatically create entries that redirect visitors to the correct port when they access the following subdomains:
    cpanel.example.com
    webmail.example.com
    webdisk.example.com
    whm.example.com
Note: This feature requires mod_rewrite and mod_proxy.
Automatically create proxy subdomain DNS entries.
Enabling this option will allow WHM to automatically create DNS entries for the following 4 subdomains for every user’s account (where example.com stands for the user’s domain):
    cpanel.example.com
    webmail.example.com
    webdisk.example.com
    whm.example.com
Note: These subdomains allow users to easily access the features included with a cPanel installation.
Important: You must add DNS entries for these subdomains to work. You may use /scripts/proxydomains to create DNS entries manually.
Allow users to override automatically generated proxy subdomains.
Enabling this option allows users to create their own subdomains that override the cpanel, webmail, webdisk, and whm subdomains that are automatically generated. This means, for example, a user would be able to direct visitors accessing cpanel.example.com to a web page he configures, such as mycontrolpanel.example.com.
Prevent users from creating subdomains outside of their public_html directory.
Enabling this option allows users to create subdomains outside their individual ~/public_html/ directories.
Ignore configured nameservers and set the NS line to the authoritative ones.
Click the checkbox to ignore nameservers specified when adding registered domains. Enabling this option causes the domain's authoritative (registered) nameservers to be used instead.

I think if you look closely at those settings you'll find that preferred settings are marked with default These can be changed as needed of course but those default settings should be what you're set to.

If those are already your settings and you've still got an issue, please be more descriptive as to the problem so I can try to assist you more.

    Thanks!
