    Does not have any add-on for this? Does help mod_security, CSF or CloudFlare preventing Website Scraping?

    Cloudflare may help a little bit, ModSecurity is only as good as its rule set. If you know what crawler or user agents you want to block it's pretty easy to do that with modsecurity, but there isn't a one size fits all "prevent web scraping" solution that I'm aware of.
