hiWhat do you mean by primary? If your cPanel username is john, there is no 'john @yourdomain.com' actual email account, you need to create one.

While you can upgrade a ticket to priority support for a fee, note that it does not change our scope of support, only the order in which we will reply to the ticket. We work priority tickets before complimentary tickets, so the fee reduces the time before we can reply, but does not increase the scope or amount of support that we provide.
i change hostname but have same problem.Sean found in ticket 4751573 that the problem was your server's hostname was just a domain name. The hostname must be a fully qualified domain name, in the format host.domain.tld, or mail will break. You had a hostname in the format domain.tld, and that was the cause of the problem.
