I moved some accounts from one IP (the primary IP) to another IP, now they wont login on FTP (http works fine) . . i changed the primary IP to the new IP, but when i /dns the server its still listed under the old IP even after a few days ..

do I need to reboot it for it to update? .. if i ping the hostname shouldn't it reply with the IP thats listed on the primary IP? Would i need to re-move all the accounts to the IP again after the primary IP is switched for it to be the shared ip?

and lastly . . if i change the primary IP do i need to new cpanel license for the new ip? the other ip is still availible on the server, just not as the primary IP
