I moved from an old server to a new server. Main >> Server Configuration >> Basic cPanel/WHM Setup and click on "Add an A entry for this nameserver" they are both stuck on the old IP. The Nameserver registered with the registrar have been updated for a week now, so that should not be an issue. When I change those IP address's it says it updates the A entries, but they are always the old IP. I have token that old server offline, so now the sites pointed to those name servers are broken.

Where is the file that holds the Primary Name servers?

The nameserver hostnames are stored in /etc/wwwacct.conf. The nameserver IP addresses are stored in /etc/nameserverips.

/etc/wwwacct.conf is edited by Main >> Server Configuration >> Basic cPanel/WHM Setup. /etc/nameserverips is edited by Main >> Networking Setup >> Nameserver IPs.
