Primary site for server?

Hi, I have just removed a site from my server as the customer has terminated their contract, their domain name however still points to the server as it is administered by a third-party.
As I have removed the domain from the account, going to the web address now redirects the user to a random site on my server which is another customer.

My question is: Is there a setting for what primary site is displayed in this case? If not, then why is that specific one showing? How can I change it?

I would like it if I could change this to my own main website rather than it displaying one of my random customers.
