primary_hostname makes SpamAssassin stop working

    I'd like to set primary_hostname to my domain name in the Exim configuration so that the outgoing mail headers will have my domain name, since that is the reverse DNS of my IP.

    If I set it, SpamAssassin stops working for incoming mail.

    I have two questions: 1) how can I make SpamAssassin work when primary_hostname is set and 2) can I set a dynamic primary_hostname based on the user that is sending the mail?

    I have two separate domains, each with their own IP. I've already set /etc/mailhelo and /etc/mailips which work as intended.
