Does anyone know the command to grant CREATE TEMPORARY TABLES privilege to a MySQL user?

    I tried:
GRANT CREATE TEMPORARY TABLES,LOCK TABLES ON *.* to ...

    but it is not working.

    Thank you!

Make sure you do a FLUSH PRIVILEGES query as well.
