Pro: Support Ticket Redirect Not Working?

    Since the Addons forum gets less attention than an overweight, male, Amish hooker, I figured I'd repost this here:

    I have the 'redirect to' option enabled for the Support Ticket addon for cPanel Pro, but my customers are not getting redirected. Is there something I'm missing?

    I'm not going to touch the first sentence :p

    I'm not going to be too helpful either, but only because it works fine for me. I can ask some obvious questions:

    1. Do you have the right radio button selected in WHM

    2. Have you prefixed the URL with http://

    3. What actually happens when they click on the link in cPanel

    4. Do you have reseller accounts on the server

    1.) Yes. Both as root and as myself (reseller).
    2.) Yes. https:// even. (oooooh secureness).
    3.) It takes them to the support ticket submission form.
    4.) Yes. I am a reseller (and sysadmin).

    OK,

    If your accounts are under a reseller, rather than root, have you set the Configure Support Request Submission thingy up within the reseller WHM?

    I've just written the above assuming that the feature works - just tried it myself on my test server by creating a reseller and testing what I mentioned and the stoopid thing don't work :rolleyes: Looks like a reseller bug to me :(

    Yes and yes. Stupid bug. You would think with all the money cPanel is getting from us that they'd test simple shit like this.

    I dont even have it enabled on my server at the moment.. I rarely use beta releases!

    I'm not terribly fond of using beta software myself, but the support ticket thing really intrigued me. Pity the one thing I got Pro for doesn't work. :|
