prob with dns

    i get this email from my server

    IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
    The hostname ( resolves to . It should resolve to Please be sure to correct /etc/hosts as well as the 'A' entry in zone file for the domain.

    Some are all of these problems can be caused by /etc/resolv.conf being setup incorrectly. Please check this file if you believe everything else is correct.

    You may be able to
    automaticly correct this problem by using the ' Add an A entry for your
    hostname ' under ' Dns Functions ' in your Web Host Manager

    the config file looks rigt
    so what cant can i have done wrong?

    66 appears fine, it seems to be relative to the servername "s1" that's not listed.

    In WHM, under edit DNS zone, select and ensure that the following entry is there. 14400 IN A

    Make sure there is a . at the end of ""

    If that doesn't help, can you write what you have listed there thus far?

    I have the same problem.

    I have installed Cpanel, updated to newest release, and setup personal nameservers with two accounts, but ever sine my install I get the same error as you, except with my server name and IP. I've checked my settings under DNS zone and it has the entry that randata was asking for.

    Any help would be appreciated,
