You "just" purchased KernelCare, you'd need also a cPanel license. It's in the cPanel store too

Yea, I don't see a cPanel license present for that IP on cPanel & WHM License Verification | cPanel, L.L.C. just a 15-day test which expired yesterday. Please feel free to open a ticket with Customer Service or email them here: [email protected] to resolve this.
Hello guys, I bought the license on the 30th of last month, but the license was suspended before the period expired
I would suggest contacting [email protected] for issues related to this. We can't tell you why the license was expired prior to the expiration date.
