I already opened 3 tickets in Cpanel, in the first ticket they solved the problem, more unhappily the problem happened the following day again; the second ticket this in open for 2 days without any manifestation of them on the theme and the last (third) it was closed for duplicity.

Working in the problem discovered the following mistake.

Does this problem already happen to 3 days and me I am in serious distress with my customers, can you be me helping to solve that???

When i try to see the cpanel error_log, i cant see it... i was wondering if i can chek whats wrong on the log, but log only have this:

    root@xeon [/usr/local/cpanel/logs]# tail error_log

    Yes, in my box too.

The question is: i have create a "big" reseller account to the user that buy me that dedicated server. He is really a newbie, and i don't understand how can he activated "nscd".

I have deleted from /etc/passwd and the /home dirs for the failed created users, but they still to be alive for WHM. I must have choose another ones differents. :(

    cPanel Access Level:
    DataCenter Provider
    NAME
/usr/sbin/nscd - name service cache daemon

    DESCRIPTION
Nscd is a daemon that provides a cache for the most common name service
requests. The default configuration file, /etc/nscd.conf, determines
the behavior of the cache daemon. See nscd.conf(5).

Nscd provides cacheing for the passwd(5), group(5), and hosts(5)
databases through standard libc interfaces, such as getpwnam(3), getp-
    wuid(3), getgrnam(3), getgrgid(3), gethostbyname(3), and others. Each
cache has a separate TTL (time-to-live) for its data; modifying the
local database (/etc/passwd, and so forth) causes the cache to become
invalidated within fifteen seconds. Note that the shadow file is
specifically not cached. getspnam(3) calls remain uncached as a
    result.

Generally nscd ends up caching old password data for 15 seconds, which generally leads to disasters.

    To remove it on rh:

    /sbin/chkconfig --del nscd
    /sbin/service nscd stop
