Problem Adding SSL Website With Subdomain

Hi, I have a problem when installing a server We are going to encrypt in my subdomain. Now I have an element in the root that is example.com but when I try to activate it in a domain I get the following error (attached capture)
I have activated the cloud of flames but I think that's not the case. Let's see if you can help me.

When I do the following:

dig a mail.your.subdomain.es

I get no result meaning the mail subdomain does not resolve. If you are using Cloudflare you may need to adjust the configuration. For assistance with this I would suggest contacting them directly: Cloudflare Support
