Clients cant access to whm and cpanel /cpanel and /whm after the cpanel upgrade to 11. But they can access by port.

Can somebody help me to resolve this?

    Thanks

What happens when they go to /whm or /cpanel? They are controlled by apache so if its not doing any sort of redirect your first step is making sure the redirects exist

    egrep cpanel /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf

If that does not return anything they may have been removed -- which should not be related to cpanel11

I opened a ticket on this earlier today after problems on a few servers.
    The solution is to execute:

    killall -9 rebuild_sprites
kill all any stuck upcp processes
    /scripts/upcp --force

in shell and it all comes back!

You'll probably get this solved a lot faster by opening a support ticket.

Has anyone come across another quick fix for this, by chance? I just discovered the same problem. My sites are being redirected to cpanel.ev1servers.net (obviously, where I have my servers) when they go to /cpanel rather than to the port. A customer of mine tells me it's been the case since at least Thursday morning-- I assume after the update to cpanel 11 took place. Nothing else I've seen in this thread has done the trick for me.

    Thanks!

WHM -> tweak settings -> Redirect to servers hostname for /whm

Disable that and you should be fine, you could also change your hostname to something that resolves do your server - something that should be done anyways. I imagine quiet a few email servers such as hotmail don't even receive email from your box.

I appreciate the try, but that didn't do it. The redirect to server's hostname was already disabled. And my hostname did already resolve to my server. Thanks anyway.

If you are a sever administrator you can upgrade your server. See www.cpanel.net/cpanel11 for details on cPanel 11.

Your WHM will show the cPanel version at the top. If it is 10.x.x, you are not yet running cPanel11
