    Hello,

We have been using our cpanel server for many years and have not run into any issues until now.

When trying to add a domain it says

"Error from park wrapper: domainname is owned by another user. "

However no other user owns this domain name. I have gone through a checklist and done the following, of course with the correct file paths. I removed all traces of the domain everywhere that i know of and still generating error. Any help would be deepy apprcatied.

    check

    /var/cpanel/users/

    /etc/http.conf

    /etc/localdomains

    /etc/remotedomains

    /etc/named.conf

    /var/named/

    Our version is as followed

    cPanel 11.25.0-C40255 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9
CENTOS 5.4 i686 standard on cp

Well, grep the domain named in all the files under /var/cpanel/users/ directory and also check the files

    /etc/trueuserdomains
    /etc/userdomains

Check the files located in /var/cpanel/userdata/username/ also and remove the traces of the domain, if any.

Do run /scripts/updateuserdomains once and give it a try.

    Hello,

I have tried what everyone has said and still not working. Anyone willing to take a look into the server? This is rather frustrating. After following everyones advise i get this when trying to park the domain

Error from park wrapper: ilovemexicanfood.com is owned by another user.

there is no other user that owns this domains and theres no traces anywhere.
