Problem changing passwords cPanel (End users)

It there's a few days of this, I bought a dedicated server at OVH with CentOS and cPanel preinstalled. I started to create accounts for my clients and now when they access their accounts and change their passwords, they can not access their accounts to their new or password or with the old. We can change the password via root access, but the end user can't do it via cPanel

Also, once you are connected (whm, cpanel or mail) and suddenly we find ourselves out of the sale because of the change ip how to remove this option?

Please check the cPanel error log when changing the password as the user to determine if there are any specific error messages. The cPanel error log is located at:

# /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
