I'm running CentOS 5.7 32-bit final, and the latest WHM/CPanel build. I'm having an issue with LibXML when trying to compile Icecast.
I tried compiling Icecast for a customer of mine but received the error:
    /usr/lib/ undefined reference to `xmlXPathContextSetCache'
I know this has to do with LibXML but I can't seem to pin down a solution off the top of my head. I checked the versions of LibXML using rpm -qa | grep libxml and got:
I'm suspecting the error may have to do with Icecast expecting a newer LibXml library, but I'm afraid that if I upgrade it may brake something.
Anyone know how to resolve this: /usr/lib/ undefined reference to `xmlXPathContextSetCache' error without my braking things in the process?
As I am the primary System Administrator of my server, I can provide any other information that's required to resolve this error if needed. Appreciate any help that can be provided.
