Problem connecting to cpanel (Incorrect login details.)

Hi guys.

I am having a problem with a cpanel account that is no longer accessible. At each connection.
At the WHMCS level, I can connect to it automatically, and everything seems correct. Unfortunately the account owner is not an administrator.
I am WHM Root and WHMCS Administrator. I thought it was IP address blocking, but it wasn't.
At the WHM level, everything seems correct.

and the logs show no errors.
This problem even prevents connection with MySQL.

Someone help me to solve this problem?

Hey there! Just to confirm, you're able to access things normally from WHM >> List Accounts, but you're getting an invalid password error when trying to access cPanel directly as the user, correct? If so, can you try using the IP address to access cPanel? That would be https://x.x.x.x:2083, where the "x.x.x.x" section is your server's IP address. You'll likely get an SSL warning when you try that connection, but it is safe to continue through that.
