    hi,

I have recently upgraded cPanel to version 11.6.0-R15076. Now, clients are frequently facing the paroblem to connect to their MySQL database using cPanel username and password. However, they can connect to their databases if they are using other than cPanel username and password.

    Any help would be appreciate.

    Thanks,

    Kailash

this to me is a major problem that hasnt been fixed yet. cpaddons has been fixed in the curent tree for mysql connect issues and even fantasticos been updated to fix the same problem with that but as far as i can tell if you are manually trying to install something and make the database its still failing with connect errors.

    lets hope its fixed soon.
