Problem Creating New Account

Copying skel files from /root/cpanel3-skel/ to /home/gui7com/

and it stop!!!

I use /scripts/fixquotas it also stop ...

Notice that i have two servers and both has the same problem (fresh install with centos)

I can't solved this matter if any one know please tell me
