Problem creating support ticket

I'm trying to log in and I can't. Informs that user or password is wrong. I ask to reset the email and it never arrives.
I created a new user, but it still gives the same wrong username or password. Are you experiencing a problem with ticket support?

As far as I am aware there is no issue with ticket creation at this time. I do see that you have an account in the ticket system using a Gmail address. Did you check all folders for the email, including spam just in case? Another thing is since your profile indicates that your access level is website owner, you should be creating tickets with your hosting provider, not with cPanel support We can in most cases only provide assistance if you have root access to the server.
