Problem DNS entry

    Helo all,

    Please help me, when I create a new user using a domain, I have error like tihs :

    Sorry, a DNS entry for xxx.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

    please pleave gime me a solve ............... thanks before .........

    looks like you have zone file, with same domain name. From the WHM, you should be able to find and remove. Then try to create it look for Delete Zone file

    yeah please try removing the zone file.. also the entry from named.conf. you can also use the script killdns for removing the zonal entries.

    try to delete a DNS entry from dns zone

    Main >> DNS Functions >> Delete a DNS Zone

    then find xxx.com & delete
