    Solution

I did fix the problem already for ppl whom using FreeBSD 5.x with AMD64

you fix the problem for installing Zend optimizer with this way

    Code:
    1) Download Zend Opt 3.0.2 for FreeBSD 6(i know that you are FreeBSD 5.x) amd64
    wget http://downloads.zend.com/optimizer/3.0.2/ZendOptimizer-3.0.2-freebsd6.0-amd64.tar.gz

then we will do some virtualize to be like FreeBSD 6.x

Copy and paste each line as Console Command line :

    ln -s /lib/libutil.so.5 /lib/libutil.so.4
    ln -s /lib/libutil.so.4 /lib/libutil.so.5
    ln -s /lib/libm.so.3 /lib/libm.so.4
    ln -s /lib/libc.so.5 /lib/libc.so.6

    then extract with
    tar -xzvf ZendOptimizer-3.0.2-freebsd6.0-amd64.tar.gz
    cd ZendOptimizer-3.0.2-freebsd6.0-amd64
    ./install

Follow the Zend opt wizard setup
    You've Done

I hope this help as i were stuck for 5 hours in this problem but i trick my FreeBSD to continue installation for Zend Opt so i hope this will help anyone stuck in same as my problem and also give me your reviews in this small tutorial as is my first tutorial

    hope this helps

    Thanks
