Problem in making any new accounts on my vps whm

Hello
everytime i try to make any new account on my whm it continue will and says done
but when I try to open the site it gave me the page can not found
althought I have unlimted domain to host in my plan
and I have an old accounts that is working well right now

is it a problem in whm ??
and if it could be ,where I can fix it ??

check if the domain entry and dns is setup properly in your server. Also, try using ip/~cpanelusername to try browse the site to test out if the domain is added successfully on the server.
