problem in transfer

    Hello
    I have a serious problem
    I have 2 to server
    Both are thirty Panel
    New account on the server when I want to transfer hate this error I'll Go
    This problem is very necessary,
    Even in the first server can not manually backup to making
    Firewall and IPtabel on the server is off
    my pasword in Simple

    Which control panel are you using on both of your servers? If it's not cPanel, you should better contact the vendor of the panel.

    BTW, you can manually transfer the files using the rsync command as follows:

    rsync -vrplogDtH -e "ssh -p 22" /path/to/source/folder root@destIP://path/to/destination/folder

    Execute the command from source server and replace "destIP" with the IP of your destination server.

    i have in 2 server is cpanel
    i am 400 acconant i can not dp crate back up manu;e

    Well, I would say ask your hosting company OR someone to look into it as without more details and error messages, people here won't be able to help you out.
