Ive just installed cPanel onto a new CentOs 3.4 server and get the following error:

service httpd restart /etc/init.d/httpd restart: httpd not running, trying to start
/etc/init.d/httpd: line 123: /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd: No such file or directory /etc/init.d/httpd restart: httpd could not be started

Eximstats and Cpanel Log service are also down and can\'t be started.

Take a look at the cpanel install log

    /var/log

    and look for cpanel-install-thread.log
