    Hello all,

I am new to cPanel/WHM and i am having one main issue.

well here goes with my issue

when install a new domain name i see a default page saying

    Great Success !
Apache is working on your cPanel® and WHM™ Server

and not the directory it should be displaying. And i carnt seam to work out why. I have tried removing the domain name and the re-creating it just incase it was the DNS playing silly on me but the issue doesnt seam to resolve itsself. Can someone please shed som light on this for me.

    Warmest Regards

There can be multiple reasons for this. To start with, check whether the DNS entry for the domain and the apache entry have a mismatch.

You can use 'dig' to see which IP the domain is resolving and then check whether the particular domain is configured on the same IP in /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf . Based on the result, we can make further diagnosis.
