Have you tried clearing cache and cookies in your browser?

The customer says he tried that before ever contacting me.

I read elsewhere to try using the subdomain path (webmail.domain.com) we both tried it for this one account but instead of a login screen got a directory with only a cgi-bin sub-directory in it.

Never mind. That was because he had created the sub-directories and put nothing in them. So, once I deleted those the subdomain worked. Still can't get in using the non subdomain path. Pretty odd. Since it's only from one location and not others, I consider this matter resolved.
