Problem Migrating Account to New Server

    When using the cPanel transfer feature in WHM all my accounts transferred okay except one. Here is the error:

    then at the bottom it says "your settings have been updated"

    I have replaced the ip with "ipaddress" and username with "username" for security reasons.

    Anyone know what is happening here.

    UPDATE: I guess the file size was too large for the password feature as it seems to have worked using the ssh/streaming format.

    Have you tried migrating the account alone instead of migrating a full server?

    Please do that and let us know

    It turned out to be a firewall issue. I had just gotten my firewall installed and apparently it was blocking the transfer with password feature but not the ssh/streaming feature.

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    try to pkg this account using /scripts/pkgacct username
    then restore on new server using /scripts/restorepkg username
