Hello,

Can you confirm if the process is still running? If not, did you notice any error messages when it failed? If it's still running, access SSH with another session and use a command such as "ps auxf" to see if the conversion script is stuck on a specific action.

Thank you.

Hello,

The output you provided did not include the full process list (it was cut off on the right side of the name). Do you see any processes related to the conversion?

Thank you.

â As of cPanel & WHM version 58, EasyApache 4 is stable and ready for production. For more information, read our EasyApache 4 documentation (EasyApache 4 Home - EasyApache 4 - cPanel Documentation).
By continuing, you agree that you understand the following information:
- While the system runs the migration script, some of cPanel & WHMâs features may not operate.
- Wait for the system to complete the script before you attempt any other actions on your server.
- If you revert to EasyApache3, the system automatically rebuilds PHP. This may take 15 - 30 minutes or longer to complete.

Hello,

To update, our Analysts were able to complete the conversion without issue. Entering "y" for yes on the command line when prompted upon running the conversion command is necessary.

Thank you.
