We had to start using a new master drive on a server - new cpanel etc. Since then when trying to rebuild the dns zones in WHM this error is returned:

Rebuilding DNS Zones List from master server .....
Sorry no dns master was defined

Something is missing in the configuration. Initially a little screen popped up saying that there were no dnz zone for the host name apollo.domain.com. I didn't create one for it as I don't remember having seen it being necessary before. Is this the reason for the error or why is it returned?

    Thanks
    John

I am having the same problem, my servers moved IPs, i have changed all the IPs, and cannot sync dns due to this problem,

Where does cPanel store the information? so i can check it and change it if necessary...

    Thanks
