problem on restoring backup, please help

i have over 250 account on my server and yesterday server crashed and os reloaded. today i am restoring all accounts. but there is a big problem ;

while restoring an account, it tries to restore all other 250 accounts's postgresql database. database names are same with user name. but i know that nobody uses postgresql. it takes 15-30 minutes for one account. there is big problem.

how can i cancel restoring postgresql databases? i must restore mysql databases and there is no problem.

please help immediatly
