    Hello,

We have problems receiving certain e-mails from different senders. Although the e-mail message is valid (invoices and other business e-mails) and have no problem with other mailservers that we own, on our c-panel/Exim based servers no e-mail is accepted, the errors in the log are: 1TSnFh-0001OG-SZ cancelled by system filter: The mail server detected your message as spam and has prevented delivery (50), and then bounces back an error reply to the sender. The thing is that a great deal of these messages are valid, as we asked the senders to resend it to another account on another server (Postfix).

    Thank you

    Bogdan

Can you paste the output of the following?

Also login to the cPanel of the user and make sure that there is no filters set in "Account Level" or "User Level".

    Cheers!!!

This is a SpamAssassin issue. You may want to whitelist the domains which you are sure of.
it maybe backscatter mails and forwarders which may also be causing this.

You need to take a look at the mail queue to determine this.
